Teaching is important to me, but it’s not all I do. I have to divide my time wisely. I want to learn how to manage my time so that I can both get better at my craft AND make enough money to save for the future.
2.
I want to streamline how I run my studio so that I can have more students and/or charge better rates... and earn a meaningful income from teaching.
3.
My students are overcommitted and I get limited support from parents, which means turnover -- I want a stable studio with committed families who value my expertise and stick around, so that I can get more satisfaction out of my teaching and really make a difference.
